Vetoed UN resolutions are hand-inscribed onto DV tape using a magnetic quill. Interpreted by the digital machine, these data produce lawless, abstract sonic and visual explosions. Like entertainment and military tech, the action seeks precision whilst delivering uncertainty. As compressed light and sound are unleashed in volatile glitches, the notion of digital perfection is tested. Video work distributed by Pharmakon.
